It's a bit confusing for me :) Headers are *not* rows! Or you could think them as being a "special" row that's returned by the backend before the actual contents. Think about a csv file. Usually, the first row in the file are the column headers. They're not counted as part of the actual data (the rows). It's just "infrastructure".
