It looks like on MinGW/MSYS the DLLs are still not built.
It did make static versions though, because the providers directory
looks like this:
libgda-mdb.a
libgda-mdb.la
libgda-mysql.a
libgda-mysql.la
libgda-sqlite.a
libgda-sqlite.la

It looks like it's not distributed with the sources, I'll correct this
in the next version. In the meanwhile, I've attached it to this mail.
