A fix has been committed so that we now have text as a modifier item
for the Pidgin Plugin (https://bugs.launchpad.net/do-plugins/+bug/
338608). This opens a new chat window, or, I imagine, focuses an
existing one.
However I often find chatting breaks my workflow; going back and
forward between windows. Being notified of a message - by notify-
osd :P - and then replying through Do without ever having to give the
chat window focus, well, frankly makes me drool.
