First of all: Gnome-Do is beyond awesome :)
After the praise the issues:
Several scenarios for executing apps suddenly stopped working a while
ago:
I have eclipse in a folder in my home that is indexed by gnome-do.
Eclipse is an executable app. When I start typing the executable shows
up but it always selects the open action and not the run action. I
remember this working a while ago.
Another problem is with the tracker plugin:
I type in a search term and the correct documents get listed. They are
all pdfs.
When selecting one and hitting enter nothing happens.
