Perhaps one of the new volunteers might like to try
tackling Bug 329073 Keyboard Shortcuts preferences
documentation is out of date.
That section is somewhere in the snappily named
goscustdesk.xml file.
Markup should be simple, just some <para> tags.
I don't know whether we should attempt to document
every single thing you can assign a shortcut to, so
just a basic description of what this prefs applet is
for and how you use it will do for now I think.
