I'd suggest making the User Guide more prominent:
putting a link to it on the first TOC the user sees on
launching yelp.
'Other Documentation' needs to be cleaned up. It looks
like a dumping ground at the moment.
'Desktop' isn't a very clear title. To us, it means
'stuff that's common to the whole system', but to a
user it could mean 'help with things on the desktop'.
I don't have any suggestions on ways to completely rip
it up & start from scratch. (unusual for me... ;)
Perhaps Shaun could explain a bit more about what he
thinks is broken about it?
