The 2.18.2 release was made at the time of the Gnome 2.18.3 release. We didn't make a release alongside Gnome 2.18.2, and skipping version numbers is silly. So if you're looking for a release that is current as of Gnome 2.18.3, then it's 2.18.2.
It appears there have been translation updates since the 2.18.2 release by the Spanish, Italian, Portugese, and Brazilian Portugese teams.
