the gnome-utils package has been branched for GNOME 2.20. the stable
branch is now gnome-2-20 while all the new development will happen in
trunk.
plans for the 2.21 cycle:
* port gnome-dictionary to gtk-print and drop libgnomeprint
* add dictionary source switching to the sidebar
* add wikipedia support
* add local, extensible dictionaries
* merge the logview-plugin branch for the system log viewer
* drop gfloppy
* add desktop area selection to the screenshot modes
* add 'Open with...' and 'Save to clipboard' to the screenshot
utility interactive dialog
* rework of the screenshot save dialog (the third cycle must be
the good one)
* in general, all the things that did not happen in 2.19
