You can also look for in bugzilla, bugs related to documentation, for instance I found http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=496647 and http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=314001. I'm not sure how amount of work it requires to update these manuals.
