Hi, I just committed patch to Evolution from bug http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=435969 with revision 35911.
The change there changes a screen when creating new account of type
"Microsoft Exchange", new screen contains new widgets to choose the
authentication type, which was previously available only when editing
such account.
