http://live.gnome.org/DocumentationProject/Tasks I just added a couple of tasks to the Desktop Help section. Each task has some outline instructions on how to get started with the task. You can always get in touch with me by email (or ask in our IRC channel) if you'd like a less terse introduction to a task, though. If you see a task that you're interested in, let me know and we can discuss it if you like.
