The help is in the mallard-help repository. If you run 'yelp-check
status help/C/*.page', you will see a list of pages that are stubs,
incomplete or ready for review. You can review all pages that are
"review". Once you have reviewed a page and made any changes, please
add a new revision line:
<revision pkgversion="3.12" date="2014-03-12" status="candidate"/>
If a pkgversion 3.11 or 3.12 revision tag is already there, update
that tag instead of adding a new one.
Use 'yelp-check validate' to check page validation.
Please try to keep any changes mainly to making the pages technically correct.
