Thanks for working on this. Norwich was a good venue, and hackfests
generally happen wherever people put in the effort to make them happen.
That said, I just want to put the idea in people's heads that maybe some
year we should hold our winter hackfest somewhere warm. ;)

I can't guarantee I'm available. That always depends on where I am with
jobs and contracts, which is perpetually in the air.

I think it's extremely unfortunate that we have to ask people to fund
themselves. They already give their time. To ask them to pay for the
privilege of giving their time is kind of shitty. I'd hoped that the
Foundation would have had things worked out by now.

I can probably afford to fund myself. A lot of people won't be able to,
as we've already seen from the responses so far. Not sure a three person
hackfest is worth the effort.
