I can't use Á as the accelerator since it requires multiple

I'd like to use A as the accelerator rather than b or Á, since it's

intuitive and wouldn't require so many keystrokes. "_[A]Álbum"
would be the
best for Brazilian Portuguese.
This is a compromise that would also work for Vietnamese, since we
have a preponderance of dead-key-accented vowels. But how will we
make sure the user knows which key to press?
