It does not look like he is complaining about translation. It appears
the application is not flexible enough to allow adjustment of the
encoding per view(ftp site listing). There are at least 3 encodings in
use by Cyrillic users and most of the web browsers and e-mail clients
handle multiple encodings with ease.  Baobab seems to have problem in
that area.
