advance ;)
OTOH, if you want to compare two similar files, you can try something
like:
msgattrib -o tmp1.po -s --no-location --no-obsolete file1.po
msgattrib -o tmp2.po -s --no-location --no-obsolete file2.po
diff -u tmp1.po tmp2.po
