Just try it with "yelp th/release-notes.xml" or whatever is the XML
you've got named ;)
Also, it's already available on:
http://gnome.org/start/2.14/notes/th/
(this takes a couple of minutes to regenerate when you commit your PO
file, so be patient ;)
