The 0.9.x branch is _not_ stable and is therefore not recommended for translation or day-to-day use. I would like to know what release of what distribution you are using? That distribution should probably review their package management if you're using an official release. If not (which is what I suspect is the case....debian unstable, mandriva cooker, ubuntu edgy), then we should not worry about it just yet. We will get around to translating the 0.9 branch soon enough. A stable release of 0.9.x will be released no sooner than 6 months from now. We will be switching our translation effort to HEAD in a few months, when it's time to do so. I'm sure it will be in time for a complete translation to be available by the time a stable release is made. I hope I have clarified this issue. Please understand that I _do_ appreciate your input on branches (or any other matter) and would like to hear from you when you see something you think is not okay. Maybe this incident is a sign that we might need a split in our HEAD statuspage...(which would mean maintainer hell, so probably not).
