i use the StarDict dictionary, and i want to build a lao language dictionary:
as i know, Lao and thailand language is in same encode, but after my compiled,
it can not diaplay correctly
Should be:

[ຄຳນຳໜ້າສັບທິ່ມີພຍັນຊນະຂື້ນ່ກ່ອນ]
