I've found it useful in the last few weeks to have a project blog for Metacity (<http://blogs.gnome.org/metacity/>). I wonder whether it would be useful for the i18n effort as a whole to have a shared project blog where people could post about the challenges different people have to face and what they're doing to overcome them. Maybe it's just a solution looking for a problem, I don't know.
