Theoretically: svn checkout --username anonsvn https://forxa.mancomun.org/svn/open-tran (Password: anonsvn) cd open-tran ./configure --prefix=/usr make sudo make install (in case you don't want it anymore: sudo make uninstall)
But (don't know why) right here and now my Gedit isn't recognizing plugins, either installed system-wide or at ~/.gnome2/gedit/plugins, so I can't assure the procedure above works.
