I will be branching soon.  There were four updates that Paul
asked to commit.  This is the only one I allowed.  The others
were minor corrections or additions that I felt we could do
without, considering the translation impact.

In this case, however, the information in the User Guide was
wrong, not just incomplete.  Incorrect content has absolutely
zero value.  In fact, it does more harm than good.  Having
100% translation is useless if you've translated garbage.
