There have been following string additions to module
'gnome-system-tools.master':
+ "A user with this name already exists. Please choose a different short name
for the new user."
+ "User passwords must be longer than 5 characters and preferably formed by
numbers, letters and special characters."
Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.
