There have been following string additions to module
'gnome-control-center.master':
+ "If you have a connection to the Internet other than wireless, you can set up
a wireless hotspot to share the connection with others."
+ "It is not possible to access the Internet through your wireless while
the hotspot is active."
Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.
