Thank you for looking into this. I usually don't review these, as I have very limited time. Because I have very limited time, I would mostly prefer string freezes to mean something and for freeze breaks to be postponed wherever possible. In that sense I encourage you to exercise your judgement - silence can't be interpreted in any specific way. If freeze break requests will just become a rubber-stamping process, we can just as well save the developers some time and abandon it completely.
