"you developers" vs. "us translators" won't help anybody if you work
together on GNOME...  Actually, for this release cycle it feels like way
less string freeze breaks than usual. But I didn't check the numbers,
just my impression. :)

It's not broken "freely". Developers have to ask the L10N folks on this
mailing list which need to give an OK first.
