Matej,

As a workaround you can eliminate the line break that is normally
applied by the editor of PO. You can do this with some methods. Saying
two:

1) Moving manually (e.g. using gedit) the lines broken to a single-line format.

from:
msgstr ""
"hello world"

to:
msgstr "hello world"

2) or running "msgcat --no-wrap <infile>.po -o <outfile.po>", which
will remove line breaks of the whole file. As a downside, it makes
D-L's diff weird, as you'd be comparing a file with line breaks
against a file withOUT them.

I'd go with first suggestion.
