This is off-topic for the i18n list but since you are already discussing it I'd like to remind you that we have this bugreport: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=711171 If this bug was fixed there would be no question whether we want to list or to blacklist g-c-c, or whether it should be non-removable. There would be a dialog box telling "Hey, this will remove 90% of your GNOME environment, are you sure that you want to do it?" Maybe there are cases when the user really wants it.
