Maybe a caching issue? I restarted the server process, can you check
again (and force-refresh your page)?

i changed the status to ready for submission but there is
no option
for submitting to repository ..
Strangely, the git root URL for totem was not appropriately set. I
fixed that, so you should be able to push now.
