This issue is normally caused by the master branch being protected against pushes from members of the Developer role, which is the case of the "translations" user (used by Damned Lies) in your repository. Please consider promoting the "translations" user to "Maintainer" [1], or alternatively allowing pushes from "Developers" role too in the repository's "Protected Branches" settings [2].
