Thank you for the info about the names of servers. That certainly
clarifies things.
The reason of (re-)selecting RequestTracker is that I have years of
experience of using and hacking (=modifying) it. And the reason why I
was listened was that I volunteered to set up and maintain the RT
installation. :)
