Ignoring the time between my laptop and my mail server (I use fetchmail, so it's going to be terribly inconsistent): Received: from node.waugh.id.au by menubar.gnome.org; 10:53:45 +0000 (UTC) Received: from menubar.gnome.org by node.waugh.id.au; 20:53:48 +1000 (EST) There's no significant clock skew between them. Let's call it at worst case, one second, and we around about a 5 second round-trip which *includes* going through Amavis. :-) (That's for a small list, though. But the latest round-trip times on the big lists are looking good too.) - Jeff -- linux.conf.au 2007: Sydney, Australia http://lca2007.linux.org.au/ No pants is good pants. _______________________________________________ Gnome-infrastructure mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-infrastructure
