recently we've had some persistent spammers on live.g.o. I've tried
adding them to BannedGroup, but they're still coming back, and I'm fed
up with cleaning up after them.
To find out what's wrong with BannedGroup, I tried creating a test
user, banned him, and then used the banned account. First, login
still works. Viewing any page gives a "You are not allowed to view
this page." error. However I found that the banned user can still
create and edit pages by simply appending "?action=edit" to the URL.
Can this be fixed?
