I already noted that problem for gtranslator, I now checked them all,
the same problem happens in:
accroc, bigboard, billreminder, bin, buildbot-web, dates, dbus-hook,
gnome-art-tool, gnome-perl-introspection, gtranslator, hitori, jana,
mobile-broadband-provider-info.
Some may *really* be empty (buildbot-web was), and they should
certainly be removed, but most are real modules.
