Several GNOME Foundation board members have reported to me that you get a
"You are not allowed to view this page." message when going to the
FoundationBoardPrivate site after logging in:
http://live.gnome.org/FoundationBoardPrivate
On the #sysadmin channel owen said:

Not sure if that is the problem or not.
