Anjuta wants to move over all its infrastructure from SF.net to gnome.org.
After the transition for downloads and website we want to move the mailing
lists eventually.
This means we need two lists
* anjuta-list: Anjuta user discussion
* anjuta-devel-list: Anjuta development discussion
