Following the discussion in this thread with the release-team:

We agreed that [email protected] should be handled by the release-team, rather
than forwarded to board-list. Unfortunately, the release-team archives are
public, and privacy is required for this list.
So [email protected] should be made into a mailing-list with the subscriber
list the same as the release-team.
