Big infrastructure changes should be announced to devel-announce-list (gets
syndicated on news.gnome.org). However, small changes would be nice to just
announce to a smaller audience. Suggest to request a sysadmin blog on
blogs.gnome.org (how?) and then syndicate that on news.gnome.org (planet-web
module).
