Summary: Sending automated emails from [email protected]
    Classification: Infrastructure
           Product: sysadmin
           Version: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: Other
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
         QAContact: [email protected]
      GNOME target: ---
     GNOME version: ---

Long term this will be solved by CiviCRM (I hope) so any solution should be one
that doesn't require lots of implementation.

Currently we get emails about Paypal donations to [email protected]. I send out
emails depending on what the email is about:
* For every donation, I send out a thank you note. (I have two different
letters depending on if it was a one time donation or a subscriber.)
* If it's a subscriber, they also get a postcard from the hacker of their
choice, so I forward it on to the right hacker to send the card.
* If it's a cancellation notice, I send them a thank you note and ask them for
feedback.

Can we automate this easily?

Stormy
