Parsing of doap files still expected an email address. Basically historical
reasons (parsing MAINTAINERS was a bit difficult, it did a comparison with the
email address as well).
Fixed in the following commit:

Re-synched Mango with the doap files. Anjuta, anjuta-extras and a few others
are now shown in the voucher section.
