Planning to simplify the Python version of install-module. Remove RSS feed
generation and so on. Matching every feature is taking too much time and
preventing me from making good progress.
Regarding shell access, there is a 'webusers' group which we could use to allow
people to SSH to whatever people.gnome.org is hosted upon.
