Seems like a nice and fun project.
Please request a Git account using the instructions at
https://live.gnome.org/NewAccounts. When requesting the Git account it'll ask
you for a voucher module. Make sure to select 'bugzilla.gnome.org' (this will
make the request go to me).
After you have the Git account, follow
https://live.gnome.org/Git/NewRepository.
