The latest gnome-panel tarball got released by mistake with a bad version
number (3.4.3 instead of 3.5.x).
Since it depends on 3.5 e-d-s and libgweather, it's highly unlikely any
downstream would have been packaging it, so I think it's rather safe to simply
remove the tarball.
