During the GNOME OS BoF session at GUADEC we settled on using the gnome-os list
for further discussions but then we noticed it had been closed.
Could you reopen it? I don't know what was the previous list description, could
it be set to "List to discuss and plan midterm goals of GNOME"? Alternatively
it could also be a new list (maybe "gnome-future").
