* Increase vm.min_free_kbytes kernel tunable to a higher value than a single
allocation request.
* And the customer has changed "zone_reclaim_mode" to 1 and so far these
systems have been running without memory allocation failure.

So can we add echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/zone_reclaim_mode to the puppet scripts? 
It just needs to be done once per boot.
