You don't need a password at all, that's actually needed in the case you gain
maintainer status. (and thus have the capability of accepting new developers
for your project)
Your account is stuck on the queue, did you select the correct module? if yes,
probably the module's maintainer/s you specified didn't answer yet.
Which module did you apply for?
