Transferring this to the proper product because Orca is a screen reader; not a
mailing list. My understanding is that because the Orca list is receiving an
insane number of subscription attempts from spammers, the GNOME system
administrators are blocking subscriptions.
Having said that, I have just approved your subscription request.
