I needed to release eog a bit early this time and promptly got hit by #684247.
The tag "3.9.92" got pushed while the branch update was rejected due to a
conflict. Updating the tag is rejected as well.
So could you please fix the tag "3.9.92" to point to commit ff01537? I'd rather
not go the "push-a-new-tag"-route.
