I got your comment, but then you were logged in. What I'd like to receive
emails for is when someone's comment has to be moderated. I've set that I
should receive an email, but I don't get anything.
To reproduce:
1. Log out
2. Add comment (use random email address!!)
3. Check for email (outgoing)
