2016.guadec.org is up, 2015.guadec.org has been archived and made available as
a static copy of the 2015 website. 2016.guadec.org is a perfect copy of this
past year edition, same set of users, same set of files, same set of
configuration parameters.
Let me know if anything is not working as expected.
